The conflict began when Rose, upset by Fuentes’ inflammatory social media post about women’s rights, approached his residence to film a video in protest. Fuentes allegedly answered the door and immediately pepper-sprayed Rose before pushing her down a set of stairs.
According to Rose, Fuentes then grabbed her phone, threw it onto the concrete, and kicked it multiple times before retreating inside and locking her out. Rose later provided video evidence of the encounter to the police, which reportedly captured Fuentes’ aggressive actions.
